When used as part of a network based install kernel, the SMALL "test" (aka [)
does not support -a or -o, so rewrite these scripts to avoid using that.
Don't forget that dhcpcd calls resolvconf which does the same thing as
the hooks here.

However, you don't gain anything from setting dhcpcd=YES and
ifconfig_bge0=dhcp because dhcpcd is permissive by default.
