Have there been any important changes (bug fixes in
particular) between Soya 0.13rc1 and the final
0.13 release?
I'm asking because I downloaded 0.31rc1 earlier
and I want to know whether it's worth getting the
final release before I start working with it.

For Gentoo users, the overlay at:
http://svn.gna.org/svn/soya/trunk/oomadness-overlays.xml
will not get you soya 0.13 but 0.13_rc1
Also, layman may complain about a missing contact attribute for
oomadness overlay, just add or uncomment the line:
nocheck : yes
in your /etc/layman/layman.cfg fi
