What I also think is that you - maybe - run a spacewalk proxy! that tries to
download his packages from an "upstream" spacewalk server. But you did not

hat I can use that to figure out how to resolve this. Something creates the data, I would like to know what.

I am running v2.6. I had inadvertently upgraded to 2.6 when I stood up the new server.
I had upgraded the original server to v2.5. When switching over, I installed SW thinking that it was v2.5 not realizing that v2.6
