Since you stated that you had to restart your server, I would make certain that
all file systems are mounted correctly, then also check for errors in your
messages and audit files. Once you have verified that everything is recovered
successfully then try restarting the spacewalk-Services.

Yea I found that I get the error "command not found" there, get message that
command not found I did a find / -name spacewalk* and I do not see much, couple
config files.
