I have converted waters IM-MS date from .RAW to .mzXML using massWolf
4.3.1. We I tried to open the .mzXML data with Matlab for further
processing, Matlab opens the data but it some inconsistencies, for

to log-in. Perhaps it will work for you too.
ps. I am not a TPP developer and have just as much trouble trying to
get TPP to work ;)
