The modified mass of c-term is 21.0027 whether which construe by +1 Da
(-H) + 18 Da (O18) + 1 Da (H) + 1 Da (proton) or 17 Da (-OH) + 2 * (18 (O18)
- 16 (O16)). What is right?

Thanks you for your attention. Now I find that the program will
successed if i change "Change Labeled residues" to "c" and doesn't set
"Specified residue mass 1:" to "c",4.1. I will get a normal outFile. But I
can't sure the result is righ. My sample is a mixture of label by O1
