I am trying to use Pwiz (pwiz-bin-windows-x86-vc90-release-2_1_2661)
on an XP machine to convert velos raw files to mzXML. I was able to
install the Thermo msfilereader but when I run msconvert --mzXML
velos.raw an error is generated: Application failed to initialize.
Any suggestions?
