Your inability to get all the numbers is quite understandable -- one time I
heard a (presumed) V02a broadcast (a long while ago), and the amount of
DIFFERENT number groups (150 by most accounts) makes it

V02a is in progress right now on 7555 LSB. Unfortunately, it's impossible
to copy due to an extremely noisy transmitter and a very low audio, along
with bad modulation.

V02a is in progress on 7555 LSB. Try receivers around southeastern US,
although most of the remotes are down or tuned to 14325 because of the
hurricane that is going on there.

V02a in progress on 17435 kHz at 1730 on 23 March 09. The messages had
9s in the groups. The voice was suddenly replaced by SK01 which made 3
or 4 RDFT transmissions in a row before vanishing and leaving V02a

V02a at full modulation, good audio;
Low music underneath V02a on the same carrier on 17515;
Also occasional low RDFT underneath, that should have been on
