If you need a table showing the weight of the water filled pipe then we have
an Excel sheet that is fillable to determine the weights. We often fill this
out and send to the structural engineer.

All, in the IBC it says in section 903.3.1.1 NFPA 13 sprinkler systems.

Perhaps they will accept what NFPA 13 states..
