If a head were to be knocked off it would essentially have the same effect. So
it makes no sense why a dry system is prohibited.

I am reviewing a dormitory. The designer used the room design method (laundry,
telephone room, and corridor), special consideration method - residential heads

We use NFPA 101 to determine occupant load factor. The project I have is a
small storage facility, the designer used 100 sf/person for occupant load
factor. But where in NFPA 101 does it state that occupant load can be omitted
