I'm using the latest LMS 7.9 nightly and have noticed over the last few
days that my DAC always displays 48k bitrate. Most of my flac files are
44.1k but I have a few 96k and a couple of 192k files but the DAC never
changes from 48k! I don't make a habit of checking the DAC to see what
bitrate is
squeezelite announces to LMS what bit rates are supported - so the
problem is probably in squeezelite not LMS
Also the output device can affect what squeezelite sends depending on
the output device does conversion or not.
If your Odroid is using alsa output - check what output devices are
availab

will now allow connection to MySB.com.
I remember something long ago about an issue where SB players could not
connect to MySB.com if players were on LMS but LMS could not see
MySB.com. As if LMS was misdirecting the player

It is a standard tag: COMPILATION
(as noted above it is not mandatory. I use it for all my compilations
CDs and have no grouping issues in lms.

Alright so it's one of the tags I have never heard about up to now. How
do I make it display in MP3Tag or MusicBee? I can't go about every file
individually.

identically; The Album Artist field = *Various Artists* while the Artist
Name field = the actual name of the artist on all tracks.
However, some of the songs are displayed just as *Various Artists*

Winner! The Transporter connected this way and is streaming music via
MySB.com. My server is still off so it has to be MySB.com. The odd thing
is I had to do a full registration via the Transporter front panel but
when I did had LMS up and running, it showed the Transporter as already
registered
I've always been baffled when I see a compilation album with the Album
Artist named as "Various Artists", I mean as in - I'd like to welcome to
the stage right now, *Mr . . . Various . . . Artists*, I have no band,
group, performer, artist named "Various Artists". :confused::confused:

I have not used MySB.com since 2009 or 2010, but I thought that I
remembered that it was a full blown switch over as if one was going to a
new Server. If that wasn't the case or is no longer the case (I seem to
remember I had to be on MySB.com or my LMS Server, never both, but ICBW
How should I test whether it is available or not if I can't go to
Networking and switch to MySB.com?
If you can access Pandora et al. then you're all set.

When LMS is running and the integration is working you dont need to
switch the mysb.com features becmmes aviable trough LMS.
If you for some reason have been using mysqueezebox.com stand alone you
get back to LMS by choosing "my music".
