If it is debian is there any way to change video mode of the local user
interface, say change a config file.

The issue is the log filling up with superfluous info

What is the IP gateway address set on the RPI ?
What is the IP gateway address set on the NUC ?
Internet radio will play directly from a player and not through LMS - if
Rpi cannot access internet - internet streams won't play but yet will be
able to communicate with other devices onLAN.

Hi Digimaster,
I have now tested the 2.03.40 and the remote playing of DSD files works
with it but playing of Radio Paradise AAC 320/128 still doesn't work.
I reverted back again to .25 again.

I think, if you had enabled Proxied Streaming in LMS for this player and
the remote player had started to work when trying to play internet radio
then it would have indicated that internet access from the LMS machine
was working fine and that the problem was internet access from the

I will try it, ok. But ~.31 also uses perl 5.28, and there are no
problems.
I've not used this method for ages but wanted a quick method of using my
android phone as a player.
In a browser or Foobar it connects and I can select it as a player in
LMS (Mozilla from [ip address]) but it only plays for a few seconds,
then stops.
If I try from a PC it says connection reset.
Same error (and some more) with PERL=1 and perl 5.024:

I don't know what has changed, but recently I found out that all tracks

No it doesn't require wifi just proper setup where AFAICT the NUC is
setup as a router (I.e. it is has two network connection) and routes
packets from RPi to internet but as d6jg points out this req

I tried it not too long ago and it work ok but but is really only a
internet radio type facility with basic metadata. Using standard stream
mp3 players have large buffer so timing etc. will be out.
No, there's no Group Player plugin and there is only one player active:
the Squeezebox Touch...

Its to do with the user and access to network shares by letter. Win 10
does not automatically reconnect mappings on start.
I dont use Windows for LMS but can you use UNC paths rather than Z:\

I'd not bought the native SB player since it would be streaming from my
FLAC library and my requirements are for something more lightweight.

Hi guys,
For ages I've been meaning to move from windows to Linux, but I've been

Does anyone know of an easy way to transfer a LMS setup to an new

Running a wired Allo Digione Pi with Max2Play as my main player, and a

start up, the Boom powers on by default, but the Max2Play unit does not.
I want it the other way around. They are set to be powered on and off
