Just as a "My Tidal tracks" link ?
And in there you'd find a flat list of x thousand unsorted tracks?
Essentially, yes.
Ok, I'll keep that on my list. Though this might be very service
dependant: some service might consider evey single track of any playlist

How would I find out exactly what the user is that runs LMS? I just
don't understand what you mean by "it's whatever user you run it is." I
didn't specify a user when install.
In that case it would be the anonymous "SERVICE" user - which doesn't
have access to network shares etc. You have to

Hi,
I just upgraded my Ubuntu version to 2019.10 eoan and am getting this
perl version error when trying to start LMS:
The following CPAN modules were found but cannot work with Logitech

googling, I see that this was fixed in october 2018

@ Pual Webster - FWIW I got the same response when I installed Local
Player on my QNAP HS453-DX NAS running QLMS the other day. Admittedly I
installed the local player plugin for the wrong reason, but I did
The non technical discussion would unboubtedly end up with different

The whole question of year of release goes right back to when records
were first produced in mass market format.
My copy of Sgt. Peppers quite clearly says

squeezeboxserver is NOT the user on a Windows install - its whatever
user you run it as - you need an identically named user and password on
the Qnap who has at least read access to the Multimedia share
(read/write if you are going to use playlists on the Qnap) and that
share must persist when

What error does it give?
It might help to diagnose the problem.
For example - it might be the wrong architecture (e.g. ARM version).

Essentially, yes. That can then have individual tracks added to current
playlist or play all of them, shuffled or not, for a playlist of
non-stop

It uses Squeezelite (perhaps an old one).
Did Squeezelite run? If yes - did it give any errors?
Can you run Squeezelite by hand on your NAS?

I never had to do that. I think it was created when installing LMS /
SSOTS. But it could also be created by QLMS. As I've mentioned, you
I'd like to have a squeezelite running inside of QNAP for bringing the
music to it's 3.5 mm speaker jack. Installing the 'Local Player' plugin
from triode does not solve the problem.
I had built a docker image from aschamberger/squeezelite but I don't
know how to adress the output device.

for favorited tracks too - a lot of genres that I like e.g. reggae are
and have always been very track-based, any albums are often (especially
golden age 70s reggae) just a compilation of singles and b-sides of
