If you don’t have any other users on the Windows PC you will need to
create one via right click on PC in Explorer, click Manage, go to Local
Users & Groups and add a user.
EG lmsuser
Set a password and make sure it’s set not to expire
In the qnap create an identically named user & password and give it
access to Multimedia - read only if you don’t want to store playlists on
the qnap or read/write if you do
Then in LMS control panel set that as the user
