I am having old and wrong player details in LMS
a restart does not fix those.
How to edit or update those player details?

I'm pretty sure I'm up to date, there's nothing screaming at me that it
needs to be. and the scans are still stopping unexpectedly.
Just post your scanner.log and we'll know...

No need to edit the favorite file directly (and safer not to) - better
to use WebUI and click on the pencil icon on the Fvaorite menu line.

Yes, it is possible to create your own favorites list using LMS. For
example you can enter the URL of a stream via

Forgive a basic question. but if everything did turn belly up with
tune-in, would I still be able to manually put in a URL and create a
"favorites" list?

I have an LMS 8 based system with a number of players (x2 SBR, x1
Touch). I use the Mediaserver Alexa skill to control the system.
I've noticed that if I use the "FollowMe or Transfer" commands to
transfer a playlist from one player to another, the playlist does indeed
transfer and gets queu
