Michael, Somehow I fixed it... I wiped my install over the weekend and
started fresh from a clean RPi install and all my playlists seem to
appear for both iTunes and Spotify.
I also figured out the >200 Spotify playlists was due to a bunch of
playlists that are nested in folders... Saw
Uploaded library.db to your dropbox.

Just did a clear then rescan, still the same 200 playlist limit: Data is
from Settings > Information (see attached)
Browsing via Home > Playlists or Home > Spotty > Playlists both only
return 200 Spotify playlists.

I've got the 8.0 nightly installed with Spotty integration and I'm only
able to see 200 playlists on the web UI and iPeng. Per the Media Scan
Details, I should have 440 Spotify playlists and another 77 iTunes
playlists per the Media Scan Details. Unable to find or view any of the
iTunes
