Player(s) and lms server on the same network and server subnet ?
Example ips like 192.168.0.x and 192.168.0.y 255.255.255.0 is common
for a simple home network.
The prerequisite ports are open 3483 udp/tcp for playerdiscovery etc and
9000 for the web-UI

Player not found i would call that if one player is not found others are

check with another system and squeezelite or the plugin called
localplayer what kind of problem you got.
