Hi,
I've to say I'm an fan boy too of all squeezebox software and hardware,
for a long time.
I should have bought more hardware before Logitech stops it ! (another
radio, a transporter and another touch ?)
Sometimes I discover a new feature I didn't know and I'm amazed how it's
so powerful and
I've been so happy with LMS I bought a Transporter and a Raspberry Pi3
with HifiBerry Digi Pro +. I feed my headphones with it using
Squeezelite on a laptop and get incredible fidelity.
I remember originally coming to this web site and reading all the
networking problems and frustration with

Ever since Logitech dumped it we worried about the future protection of
our investments. You do not get much for free these days, and I for one
would be happy to make a regular donation to some kid of fund to
compensate the team for hard work. For me, the BBC IPlayer work has
been critical, but
+1, to echo everything that's been said above.
It just works, and it works brilliantly.
Long may the SB system continue.
Many thanks.

And another "here here" from me.
I had not used LMS much since buying a couple of Booms and a
Transporter, I was happy streaming Radio Paradise and leaving it at
that, but when I found the forum and sat down one Saturday and spent
time getting everything set up I appreciated the software and the
I have what I believe to be a very nice sound system thanks to multiple
SB devices, a DAC and some nice older components. I am very fortunate. I
listen to music that sounds like the orchestra is right here in my room.
I'm also very thankful for Pippin and ipeng which makes pulling up great
music
