I would think MusicBee might have options available. I use MediaMonkey,
and I can sync playlists to my phone, and based on the sync settings, it
converts the files to MP3 and updates the M3U file that goes over
appropriately (presumably creates a new M3U file). This would be similar
to the

but this is probably not what you are looking for and only used for
streaming. An other option which could be of interest is that, there is
a FFmpeg package available

haven't used it recently but it may have the capability that you are
looking for.
I do know that JRiver Media Center can do what you are looking for. It
can automatically convert FLAC files to MP3 as it syncs the music on

It would save so much time (and questions), and it can’t be much more than a

You'd need to install "lame". No idea whether this is possible at all on
your device.

Why not do a one time batch conversion on your pc of your existing files
and then make it a part of your process to rip CDs to both formats .

have a number of advantages on phones and portable
