I would think MusicBee might have options available. I use MediaMonkey, and I can sync playlists to my phone, and based on the sync settings, it converts the files to MP3 and updates the M3U file that goes over appropriately (presumably creates a new M3U file). This would be similar to the

I've added Lame for Armada375 in 'my packages' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?108960-Synology-7-9-2-packages), but this is probably not what you are looking for and only used for streaming. An other option which could be of interest is that, there is a FFmpeg package available

I still don't understand how I can convert FLACs on the server to MP3s on my smart phone when I download them. I am aware of the fact that a converter has to be installed on the NAS but I have no idea at all which one it must be and where it should be saved (i.e. within LMS or on the NAS as an
