I only remember seeing this when I open the Settings page/UI.
Interestingly, I don't see it right now. Maybe because Firefox in latest
version has changed how flash is handled?

I get the allow flash warning from the lms webgui whenever firefox wants
the flash plugin updated.
Perhaps Stig and I should compare our configurations.

Allright, I checked the traffic in my browsers Network log when allowing
Flash to be loaded, and I saw no .swf files being loaded when opening
Settings or looking a bit around in settings.
I have never worked with Flash or other browser plugins, but probably
there's a way you can check for support
But I have long time been wondering why LMS apparently try to run some
flash content when opening the Settings page?
