My guess is that the OPML parser failed because of the XMLIn problem and

You have the LocalPlayer plugin installed and it uses Squeezelite and it
uses libmpg123 which Malwarebytes thinks is a problem.

If yes - then you could try with Philippe's UPnP Bridge which then gives
you more options on audio types.

and do you have the same when you use Squeezepad?
If not then it implies it is a Squeezepad issue with the command it
gives to LMS.
