in fact ip_wccp is mutually exclusive with the ip_gre module. Only one of

It relies on the DNS server for more long-term caching of DNS just

If the X-Forwarded-For header says unknown then you have set

If it is completely missing then you have denied it from header_access.

Hi there,
I am having a major problem getting Squid to authenticate from an ldap

I have compiled squid to use ldap auth as a basic helper, and I get the
following error message, after I have typed in a username and password.
Command typed:

Afraid, is a meaningless concept in the complex

Have for instance some test and play installations

Yes the wbinfo -a run as user squid gives me back
plaintext password authentication succeeded
challenge/response password authentication succeeded
If I put squid-2.5-basic i get prompted for
username/password and everything works fine, it's just
squid-2.5-ntlmssp that I'm having problems with.
I usually start squid with a
./squid -N -d1
While testing stuff out. It make for a simple ctrl-c to stop it and change
the config file around. Your squid/var/log or wherever you specified you
wanted log files to go will have info too.

Probably any, as squid does not know on what a type of
drive it resides , the only component having to deal with that and
supporting the drive is the underlying OS...
