[squid-users] Strang Problem

Hi, I am running Version 2.5.STABLE10. I have a strange problem with one of the web sites. If I access the web site https://66.227.81.53/, it doesn't work. But if I access the same web site with http instead of https, http://66.227.81.53:443/ it works fine. Below are the access logs:
