I am running Version 2.5.STABLE10. I have a strange problem with one
of the web sites. If I access the web site https://66.227.81.53/, it
doesn't work. But if I access the same web site with http instead of
https, http://66.227.81.53:443/ it works fine.

Thanks for the info. There is a case under there that describes my
problem (ECN flag). I'm running 2.6 so it makes sense on why it will
break on me and not others. I have disabled ECN to see if that will
resolve my problem. It appears to be working now.
