Running squid2.6stable20 with samba 3.0.26. running ntlm with 40 children.
It seems that I am having ntlm authenticators hanging, which happens during
busy periods.
Cachemgr is showing them as busy with the time continuously counting.
The only workaround at the moment is to shutdown squid

squid 2.5 is quite OLD. Pls use squid 2.6 instead.

set to private by configuring squid to ignore such caching. It seems to work
fine for 200 responses, but fails to work on 404 responses.

attachments to webmail. I just somewhere that squid doesn't cache https
anyways, so why not bypass it.
