Has anyone worked with squid authentication integrated with Samba 4?
I am not able to make the setting for not being prompted for
authentication when opening the browser.
Can anyone help me?

can you test the code on the 3.3 branch rather then the 3.2?
which is a more new and maybe stable then 3.2.
