Hi, I got such errors when I changed cache_dir parameters in squid.conf. It's because the old directory tree isn't suitable for new parameters, and as result some objects aren't cached. After reinit of cache directory (delete and recreate with squid -z) the errors disappeared. Itzcak Pechtalt
