i´m getting this error too.. but this because i killed squid proccess
(kill -9) ..
i think this error is normal...

It's because the old directory tree isn't suitable for new parameters,
and as result
some objects aren't cached.
After reinit of cache directory (delete and recreate with squid -z)
the errors disappeared.
