I'm somehow "Happy" I'm not alone with this problem...
I'm having this problem since squid 2.6STABLE9... (ALWAYS)
I've tried everything possible without success...
Let's try to get some progress on this matter, I'll dedicate some time
to this soon (still this week or the next at most)

Hi Dean,
how did you disable ntlm authentication? I want to allow certain
clients to bypass ntlm auth based on their IP address.

The JVM part is also true, I've had problems with it for some time until
