6.3 points of his E-mail were because Spam Assassin saw his IP address in
the DYNABLOCK.. That alone will trigger SA's filters, since by default only
5 points are need to be declared Spam. Even with the Priority Header issue
he'd still get triggered.

Then get a STATIC IP address for that box and all will be OK. If you are
behind a NAT'd firewall then get a Static IP for the outbound side of the
NAT.
Simple solution without making major changes to software not designed to run
Dynamic IP addresses.

Outlook identifies itself to the outgoing MTA as a client and I may get
corrected on this but Squirrel Mail probably identifies itself as a Server
(MTA) since it is designed to be just that. Opt Online will then list the

I think everybody missed the obvious optonline.net is an Open-Relay and
a such AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Etc will block mail coming from them. The
Reply-To: or the From: headers may say [EMAIL PROTECTED]; however, the MTA's of
the world see the Received From: header as optonline.net and they A
