Thank you for the answer . I can not set Public IP address because these
asterisk boxes are in small customers with 5 to 6 extensions and they dont have
public IP address .
You have mentioned its possible but How can can it be done ? Any hint please ?

Also want to add, Kamailio can have only private IP address on network
interface card and public IP address can be NATed on ther network or cloud
equipment.

IP on the Asterisk server.
There are plenty of reasons to front-end it with Kamailio, e.g.
protecting/securing it. But you haven't articulated those reasons.
