The 0-4-0 at www.powaymidlandrr.org not only looks like a prototype for the
Ruby but also looks like a strong argument to purchase the Ruby modified cab
from Vance Bass.
Of course, there was no prototype for the freelance Ruby, but the Poway loco
could have served as one.

Thanks for the heads up on the locomotive/tender combo pictures. I obviously
hadn't followed all the links. (Or had forgotten about them.)
The tender looks like a really good match to the locomotive. If it weren't
for the tall domes and early pictures, the tender could have been

enough to justify it's price? Do you mean to say the Iver is ugly? This
coming from a Ruby owner? Say it ain't so Trent!!
