The 0-4-0 at www.powaymidlandrr.org not only looks like a prototype for the Ruby but also looks like a strong argument to purchase the Ruby modified cab from Vance Bass. Of course, there was no prototype for the freelance Ruby, but the Poway loco could have served as one. Be of good cheer,
