The 0-4-0 at www.powaymidlandrr.org not only looks like a "prototype" for the 
Ruby but also looks like a strong argument to purchase the Ruby modified cab 
from Vance Bass.

Of course, there was no prototype for the freelance Ruby, but the Poway loco 
could have served as one.
