I don't know if this is feasible but I would like to see the current and 1
previous version of the released endpoints hosted. Even though we only have
1 released version now I would expect the URL to contain the version and the
technology to be clear what is being connected to.

I like the look of all 3 designs but maybe just because I have been staring

c:\StockTraderDemo\setup_utilities\... and other appropriate directory
changes. As for the database setup you can either run the setup out of the
contrib tree or apply the patch that I just sent out to update the path
statements in the setup.
