We don't provide a datasource *implementation*, but we still support the datasources
*manager*.
IMHO, removing support for the datasources manager would force a major release since
some applications would need to be redesigned.
If we did decided to do that, then we should also extract the
Ok based on feedback:
validation_1_1.dtd
validator-rules_1_1.dtd
tiles.tld
will be removed.
I am not sure where we are with not supporting the struts 1.0 dtd
since we don't support data sources.
