Struts is not supported on Websphere 4.0. The official IBM position is
user Tomcat or wait for Websphere 5.

If I am caaling http://localhost/BR/login.do from URL I am gettin 404 error
but if I am calling welcome.do from forward tag inside the
struts-config.xml file I am able to get the things work for me.
