patches for user manual

Here is a few corrections/clarifications to user manual. I noticed that we have quite a bit of copy-paste on adding dives (manually and from dive computer). I suggest that for 4.3 release this part is rewritten so that the common description is given only once and the specific sections describe onl

People, work is getting *very* timeconsuming, we are near to release our product and this is affecting my productivity with subsurface. Since we are near 4.2 and some bugs are really easy to resolve, I'm asking help to fix them. :) Play around, try to find an annoyance, help to fix. Thanks a lot
