Bert,
I'll give at least some of this a try tonight. On the question of
getting rid of a file after adding it to the Journal, I do something
like that in both Read Etexts and Get Internet Archive Books, so I
will have a chance to try your suggestions there.
As for the progress bar in the Journal

I just tested soas-i386-20100328.17.iso
As a 2GB Firefly USB formated fat16 labeled FEDORA (before use)
Using Ubuntu 9.04 terminal
sudo su
password:
su -c "livecd-iso-to-disk --format --reset-mbr
/home//Desktop/soas-i386-20100328.17.iso /dev/sdg"
It boots fine on a EeePC900

Last night I tried this our AFTER I had already uploaded the .xo file
to ASLO and discovered a bug I hadn't noticed in previous testing. If
you update the metadata on an entry you lose the preview image and
probably other metadata as well. I know how to fix this. I also got
some more suggestions
Edward,
I've discovered another bug in Sugar Commander (when you update
metadata you lose the preview and probably other things too). I have
a pretty good idea of how to fix it, so I'll be doing that tonight and
updating the chapter too. I'd be interested in your ideas as well.
Thanks,

Hi everyone, I'm running for the GSOC 2010 for SugarLabs and I'm proposing
this idea to you to see whether it is good or not. Any feedback will be
warmly welcomed : )
As far as I know, there are no good language learning activities for Sugar
and OLPC now. And I think it is really important to get
