There seem to be some bug in netedit: it fails to show the enclosed net
file. The loading is OK, works without any problems. Both sumo and
sumo-gui run correctly with it. But, if loaded by netedit then it fails

Thanks for that information. After setting the recommended options and
network size minimizing options, now i can open the complete HK network in
SUMO (but still there exist many warnings).
Also, the network which i imported from OSM for the Hong Kong city has many
