A Nortel Baystack 450-24, they are dirt cheap on Ebay ($15-30). I used one
for a couple years with no faults.
Also the Cisco 2924 and 2950, but those are a bit pricier.

I've been using a D-Link DWL-510 for well over a year now. I've had no issues
with it at all. Suprisingly for a $10 refurbished card it's held up pretty well.

I use OpenVPN between two boxes and it works

Yes, that is the issue, there are no OpenVPN messages being sent to my
syslog server.
Sorry, but my knowledge with Unix/BSD isn't that great. How do I apply the
patch?
Thank you

I ran that, rebooted, still no OpenVPN syslogging. I get pretty much
everything else, DHCP, WPA, NTOP, etc, etc. I went into the OpenVPN tab,
checked the timestamps, and went into the syslog log file itself to try to
find it and I got nothing.
Thanks for the quick response though

I just installed the July 1st release. OpenVPN is now logging under the
OpenVPN tab instead of the system tab, which is good, but it's not logging
to syslog, and there is no option to enable it.

Yes, I've been running this for a long time now. My pfsense box has one NIC
and 6 VLANs, no issues at all.
