Unfortunately AIM shut down at the end of last year, so you won't be able
to connect to it any more. Did you accidentally pick AIM as the protocol
in Pidgin instead of another protocol, like XMPP?

Vidhya, images are stripped from this list.
Pidgin is the client that connects TO something.
You need to contact your service provider or IT
dept for that. This is a public (world wide) help
group for the client (pidgin) itself.
