Hi Vidhya, >From the screenshot, it looks like you're trying to connect to AIM. Unfortunately AIM shut down at the end of last year, so you won't be able to connect to it any more. Did you accidentally pick AIM as the protocol in Pidgin instead of another protocol, like XMPP?
