I've just managed to login to trac without any server issues. Are you able
to directly email me your login username/email and I'll try look it up in
the admin system? It could be that the account is blocked/locked for some
reason.

user update?
In the XMPP server, is the nickname of the ldap user set to update the
alias in the xmpp roster?
The sender is configured in the client through the 'Local Alias' setting in
Pidgin, through Tools->
Pidgin doesn't provide a contact address for the server administrator,
because only you, or the person who told you how to configure it, will
know it. Pidgin is just doing what it is told to do, and for that it
doesn't need to know which human looks after the server.
