chip burnt. Do you have replaced the chip?

Yes, there is definitely a limit to what ESD the chip can withstand and some
can pass through the transformer, so I put "rather" before "immune".

ESD, it is also connected through the transformer to the network connector, not
directly. And the failure is definitely in the chip itself, not in the
connection to the CPU.

Yes, we received the camera.
The network chip on the system board doesn't work - burnt. It is possible
to replace it.

But I still didn't succeed to get any network, and plug/unplug Ethernet
cable didn't put the camera in netboot mode.

We tried with an other power supply and its the same, the camera led are:
orange-solid, green-solid.
