I did more investigations, and found the culprit! It was from
crashreporter.exe! I am not sure why the latest Process Explorer didn't
show that one when I searched seamonkey.

I used the desktop link for GNOME-Mplayer and maybe need
to try a different one.
It does work if I manually open GNOME-Mplayer and paste-in
the URL.
I imagine there is a proper way to direct MMS requests in
Seamonkey to Mplayer?
