In my case it was not needed to unblock the dll. Only from one time and in
advance, the re-instalation of the 2.12 over the blocked vers

since was the first versions of Netscape Navigator. And like my users, I expect
solutions. For a simple question of
Seamonkey tries to run this script then the sidebar open / cl0ser and continues
to open / cl0ser.
Any help is appreciated ...
