The Spelling language is always English US after an SM restart

I have SM installed from the English-US exe file. Because i prefer the English interface. I have also installed the French language, to help my friend, but it's not active here on my pc. I have installed the French dictionary. I have positionned the spelling to French(classic) My Preference -App
