Editing a html file

I have a very unique problem. My login and password no longer work. When I list my either one of my email address with the password blank and click "Forgot Password" I get "email address not found". Then when I try to register with either email I get "this email address is already in use" I

I have 2 continuing issues, therefore I'm forced to continue using 1.1.18. I keep getting the following message when trying to doing to do anything: "Please enter the master password for the Software Security Device." Any clue what is wanted? I have tried every password I can think of but none
