SeaMonkey query - spell-check

Having used SeaMonkey for several years with no problems on Windows 7,  I have now migrated to Windows 10.  I'm using version 2.49.5.  I can't get get spell-check to work.  How can I fix this? James ___ support-seamonkey mailing li

I can verify the same issue with PHPlist. I am also experiencing a related issue. I use websitebaker CMS and fckeditor as the wysiwyg editor. Since upgrading to 2.14, all edit boxes show source code, and there is no fckeditor panel or functionality.
