If you unblock a program blocked by Symantec in your clients, you are assuming
the risk and the legal responsibility of skip the protection of the
antivirus... and if this is finally infected or damaging... you will be alone.

contact with Symantec musted be more important to solve the problem in so few
time.
In my case it was not needed to unblock the dll. Only from one time and in
advance, the re-instalation of the 2.12 over the blocked vers
