Not to my knowledge, and the GTL system in Ethiopia will be the first of
its kind i.e. "2nd Generation", and yes it has taken many years to get it
done without the "help" of the majors. ( ENRON offered the shareholders $60
million to sale and go away).

Dear Sir,
I can not and do not have authority or the expertise to tell you why people
are still pumping oil, maybe it has to do with an economic system from the
industrial revolution that still may take many more years to make the
change, or possibly the environment will change it for us.
